Beer Bread! Possibly the best two words in the english language.

We use Pope’s Brewery beer and a mixture of our Cotswold flour and Campilou (French flour with a dried rye sourdough).

What you get from that is bread so full of flavour it’ll bring back memories of your childhood and how bread used to taste! Trust me, it’s phenomenal.
